"Worst ever. I took a loan from my life policy to pay off a credit card and Leslie said it was complete. Waited and waited and it was never even processed. Then had to explain to Sara what I had already explained to Leslie. After Sara said she’d take care of it she handed it back to Leslie who never knew how or neglected to do it in the first place. After complaining I get a voicemail from Jessie who accused me of not signing a form that was never sent. She went on to a policy I had inquired about on converting my term to life. She had no clue what I was trying to accomplish and said she wasn’t even in the office and wanted me to go through the whole explanation again and wanted to talk about another policy that would get them more money. Then talked to Careen who sent me the form that needed a signature after Sara never sent it and said 3 hours later she was busy with other customers. I called the main line for State Farm Life Insurance and they said the only inquiries/correspondence they had even received was from Sara asking how to go about processing the request and from Jessie asking for their main number because I requested it. I’ve talked to practically everyone in this office because it takes that before someone is reached that will know how to do what is needed. I have all my houses and vehicles and life insurance with them and my old agent retired. Using this agency is a disappointment and a headache. Jessie should mentor better. Leslie never even processed my transaction and Jessie blamed me. I have asked Jessie to provide me with any correspondence on the form she said “do you want it sent AGAIN” on and she hasn’t. Sara said she was had appts all day and didn’t send the form when she said she’d send it right away. I guess following up after weeks of waiting on a transaction just puts you at the back of the line. God forbid they do a policy and someone passes away or needs to file a claim and it was never even processed. Follow up on all your coverage folks, you may not even have any."

Mr. Thayer readily understood the reason for my concern and was able to provide me with a clear explanation.
